Lucas is 15 weeks old and getting more and more fun by the day.
He dropped a feeding just yesterday (so he’s eating 7 times a day, instead of 8.) Let’s see if he can keep it up. For some reason, I’m not too optimistic about this.
His newest “trick” is lifting his head and upper body – out of the swing. We really have to make sure he’s strapped in because he looks like he’s ready to get up and walk on out of the living room.
Lucas is also starting to notice Chloe. I don’t know if it’s because she won’t stay out of our faces, or if it’s her constant meowing, but he definitely notices her. He hasn’t tried to grab her yet, and I’m pretty confident that he’ll have a hard time getting to her as she knows to stay just outside of his reach. Smart kitty.
One last development…I was video taping Lucas on his stomach (because he likes to talk. And I think it’s cute.) He kept grunting. He doesn’t like tummy time. He eventually rolled himself back over on his back – all by himself, and I caught it all on camera! Now…to get it off the camera and on the blog. That’ll take some time. 🙂
