16 weeks

Sorry for the lateness! I wrote this, took the photo, but couldn’t get it uploaded until I got home.

Lucas is 16 weeks old!

He’s a very chatty little guy. This week he’s really started laughing. And he’s now starting to show his ticklish side (which is a LOT of fun!)

We’re getting him into a routine of going to bed earlier – between 8 and 9 – in hopes that he’ll wake a little earlier for daycare. I still sometimes wake him around 10 or 10:30 to eat, and he wakes around 4 or 5 to eat again. He went a few days on 7 feedings, but he still gets 8 feedings on most days. He’s a hungry (and growing) boy!

He still hasn’t rolled from his back to his stomach, but he has gone from his stomach to his back a few times. He is NOT a fan of tummy time. I can trick him into it for a few minutes, but then he gets really upset.

My mom’s store had a Santa visit last weekend, so we took Lucas by to check the guy out. Lucas was a bit shifty-eyed, but didn’t seem to care one way or the other.

Overall, he’s a very easy, happy baby. We did luck out with this little guy.
