25 weeks pregnant #pregnancy #update
We have roughly 15 weeks left, which just doesn’t seem right. Time is flying and I’m not prepared! Like last time I was pregnant, the nesting hit early. I’m trying to clear out rooms and figure out what we need for our son’s new room, but also what we need for an infant. (Through in a huge consignment sale in a few weeks and I’m also trying to figure out what I can part with.)
How far along: 25 weeks.
Size of baby: About a pound and a half. Or the size of a rutabaga. See my previous 25-week update.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Still not watching this.
Clothes: I love Gap’s Simple Pant (they used to be called yoga pants on Gap’s website.)
Gender: Still a girl!
Movement: I still feel a lot of movement, and it just increases weekly. She doesn’t move at the times our boy moved. (He moved all day, all the time. And all night.)
Sleep: Tylenol PM is my best friend. I’m still averaging less than 6 hours of sleep each night, but I had one night of 7. STRAIGHT. HOURS. of sleep and I felt like I had hit the jackpot.
What I Miss: Eating without having heartburn constantly.
Cravings: This week I’ve wanted root beer floats every night. Now I’m out of root beer. And ice cream.
Symptoms: Besides being enormous? I have heartburn (so I wonder if she’ll have a lot of hair like her brother). I can’t sleep.
Best moment this week: Feeling her move more consistently has been pretty cool. And having our boy feel her move.
I thought I was big the last time and I know things happened much earlier this time around, but I just don’t know how I’m going to handle the next 15 weeks. I will run out of space. Trust me.
