30 Day Spring Cleaning Calendar

This post may include affiliate links and I may earn commission if you make a purchase through these links.

Springtime is almost here and the itch to clean out our homes is almost instinctual. But when you look around you are probably stumped on where to start.

It can be overwhelming looking around and wanting to do everything.

So you might jump from job to job and feel like you are never getting anything done. And you may not.

Then on top of that add kids in schools and activities, schooling from home, working full time, and all of sudden there is no time to do it all.

So what do you do?

Most people try to do it all on the one Saturday that they have off and burn themselves out and leave a ton of projects unfinished.

That’s why I made this 30 day Spring Cleaning Calendar.  You can use it in two ways – each block can be a day or each row can be a week. If you use each row as a week this is how it will play out.

30 Day Spring Cleaning Calendar

This calendar ensures that you get all your cleaning jobs done without burning yourself out on the one Saturday that you have to relax. I even included a day of rest.

Week 1 we start in the busiest place in your house: The Kitchen.

I know the kitchen can be a bit overwhelming so we broke it down into manageable care tasks that will have it sparkling by the end of the week.

Week 2 we are going to hit a few different areas like the living room and the laundry area to get them nice, tidy, and efficient.

On Week 3 we move to the bathrooms and we are going to deep clean those bathrooms. Scrubbing grout and deep cleaning toilets will make your home bathroom feel like a spa.

Week 4 we are going to knock out the windows in the house. Everything from curtains and blinds to windows is going to get a good cleaning. When your windows and window dressings are clean, it can change the entire feeling of a room making it feel bright and airy.

In the last week, the bedrooms and our closets will be our focus. I saved this for last so that you can build some confidence before tackling these tasks. Our bedrooms and especially closets can be overwhelming, Often they are overflowing with clothes and things that didn’t have another home.

Now is the time to work through those and get it cleaned out. If this is overwhelming come back to it a few times. Doing a little is better than avoiding it.

I believe in you. You can do this. Download my 30 Day Spring Cleaning Calendar to help you stay on track and get your house sparkling!
