almost the weekend

Tomorrow is Jason’s last full day at home. He heads to the airport before 5 a.m. on Saturday.
My plan right now is to get out of work early and do my mentoring, and hurry home. We’re thinking of lunch out (Mexican) and dinner out (Japanese.) We’ve been very cultural over the past two weeks.
It’s supposed to rain tomorrow. Nothing new for his trip. The weather has been miserable almost every day he’s been home. He left for DC on Monday, came back tonight and missed are kick-butt weather (in the 70s and sunny today!)
I still have race photos to post and I’ll take some pics tomorrow. I may even go to the airport with him and take some final shots before he leaves for another six months.
*sigh*
The past two weeks have flown by.
that’s six months until I return to hawaii, 8 months until i come home for the holiday.
Yes, that’s kind of what I meant. Six months til you are back on American soil.
