anniversary flowers

My husband isn’t the flower kind of guy. Sure, he gives me flowers on Valentine’s Day, and usually on anniversaries, but those are generally plants, not flowers. And I tend to kill orchids. (I kept an orchid alive from last February until about May or June this year. That was a new record for me.)
The husband totally came through last night with flowers. A dozen roses. Because he’s awesome.
And they were definitely worth photographing. (I needed to document it, just in case this never happens again!)
(Like the cupcakes just laying in the background?)
