Our friends recently opened the Asheville Pinball Museum. At first I was skeptical that I would even like playing pinball that much. I was so mistaken.

For $10 you can play all the games you want. If you have to leave and want to come back later in the day, you can get a pass to return (that same day) at no additional cost. It’s so great.

Even my toddler wants to get in on the action (we went by before they officially opened and that’s when most of these photos were taken.)

We went for date-day last weekend (they opened last Friday) and we played for about two hours. I think two hours is my limit for pinball. There were a dozen or so people in the pinball museum at the same time and I don’t think anyone looked bored or like they weren’t having a good time.

If you want to take a break from the pinball action, there’s a little lounge area.

If you’re in Asheville, I highly recommend checking them out. They’re across the street from the Grove Arcade.
