I love garlic and I love ranch. Put them together, and I think you have a great combination. I’m also a big snacker, but there are certain snacks I don’t regularly keep in the house – like chips. I love chips. And now that I’ve found McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning, I think I can have the best of both worlds. I recently made some really delicious Garlic Ranch Baked Chips for my snacking needs and it’s the simplest (yet tastiest) recipe.

Snack time is hit or miss for me. When I grocery shop on weekends, I tend to not purchase many snack items. This becomes a problem during the week when I want something quick. Several years ago I made chips with tortillas in my microwave. The seasoning that I used was not sold in stores, and I can’t even remember what it was called exactly. (I just know that I can’t find it easily.) These baked chips are oven baked, take around 10 minutes to make, and require two products – tortillas and McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning. Better yet, the New McCormick Seasoning Blends can be found in the spice aisle at Walmart.

It really doesn’t get much simpler than that. And think about this when you try the recipe – you don’t have to worry about devouring an entire bag of chips. But you can indulge yourself whenever you have the craving. The new McCormick Blends take some of the guesswork out of creating a recipe. Sometimes I have a tough time balancing seasonings and flavors and I have no worries when I have the McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning at my fingertips.

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla shells
  • McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning

Directions:

  • Cut your tortilla shells into 6 pieces. Place on a baking sheet (for less mess, you can line your baking sheet with parchment paper.)
  • Sprinkle the tortillas with the McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Eat them!

Run, don’t walk, to Walmart and buy this McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning today. (Again, you can find the New McCormick Seasoning Blends in the spice aisle at Walmart.) I’m a firm believer that garlic has a place in most foods, and when I found the Garlic Ranch Seasoning Blend, I felt like I had scored big. It’s easy to use (you sprinkle it on the food you want to add flavor to) and the blends bring an added level of flavor to your food. The New McCormick Seasoning Blends are available in Garlic Ranch and Garlic Jalapeño

Not into chips? That’s ok, too. I’ve used this seasoning on chicken (especially leftovers that I’m taking for lunch.) And it’s also been nice sprinkled on popcorn. Want to add a little flavor to vegetables? This works on veggies, too! It’s become one of my go-to items in my spice cabinet.

What dish would you try the McCormick Garlic Ranch Seasoning on?

  1. Yep I must try these. Garlic ranch chips are some of my favs and baked is so much healthier. Love love love this!

  2. I’m like you, I don’t keep snack stuff around. This is the perfect thing for me. If I have a bag of chips we can devour the whole thing in one sitting and then be miserable. What a great way to control the portions, just cut and bake what we need. . I love the idea of warm chips out of the oven. How impressed will guests be with this?
