I’m thinking of selling my wedding dress. I bought it on ebay for under $50. It had to be hemmed (because I’m 5’3″ and they make wedding dresses for women 7 feet tall) and that’s the only alteration that really had to be made. I bought two dresses for my wedding, and re-sold the other dress on ebay as soon as I received this one. I love the fact that I had a back-up dress, and I only spent $75 on TWO!
I’m a little sad about it. I love this dress. And I had so much fun in this dress back in 2007. On the other hand, the dress has been in a plastic box for almost two years.
So I think it’s time for me to say goodbye. I’ll let you know if I actually list it. It’s taken me weeks to even admit that I think I’m going to sell it 🙂
Tell me about parting with wedding gowns. Mine was cleaned and sealed in a gold fairytale box & I’ve never even unsealed it. I’m not sure what I’m waiting for. Erin is sure she won’t wear it (I ,was 115# when I got married). It was just beautiful……. What happened to your car? Is it the oil problem again? I looked on your twitter and checked out the running shoes. They look real nice…
