Breakfast for dinner

It’s been a crazy-busy Saturday. I woke up and ran 3 miles (after I talked myself into it. It was seriously rough until I actually got out on my street…then all was fine.) I spoke at a Team in Training informational meeting at 10. This was the first time I didn’t walk out of there still thinking about signing up. I’m proud of myself. I’m really taking a break!

I spent HOURS grocery shopping! This involved a trip home so I could eat (and unload the first round of groceries) but it really took a long time.

This afternoon I brought Oliver over after walking both dogs. I’m working with the dogs individually to introduce them to Chloe again. I’m happy to say that Oliver and Chloe – while they’re both scared of each other – they co-existed for an hour with no hissing or snapping. Progress, people. Progress. I need both dogs to be able to live around Chloe for a week in March. I’m concerned that Chloe will eat the dogs. She can be very mean.

We’re having friends over for brinner tonight. Breakfast for dinner! We invited two friends last night when we were out, and I saw one of our neighbors earlier, so it looks like we’re having three people over. I’m excited. So much cheaper than eating out, yet we still get to socialize!

Tomorrow I think we’re painting our master bedroom! Stay tuned for pictures… (And if you want to see a picture of Oliver, check out my photo blog – www.picturemylife365.com – he’s today’s picture of the day!)
