A couple of months ago, I created a reading corner for my toddler. He loves it, but it was missing something.
When Bright Star Kids approached me about doing a review of some of their personalized wall stickers, I checked out their site and immediately agreed. They had a great selection, and I even let Lucas do the choosing. I decided that some of the stickers would be great at his level in his reading corner.
We also ordered two shirts from Bright Star Kids – and again, I let my son pick out the designs. He was really excited about everything he saw.
I finally received the items on New Year’s Eve. (I ordered them in early November. Shipping from Australia takes a LONG time.) Over the weekend, I had some free time to get the stickers up.
The coolest part about these stickers is they are fabric wall stickers. I will admit I had a tougher time peeling them off the backing, but once I got them separated even part-way, they came right off. They can be moved around without issue (at least that’s what the directions tell me) and they just feel nice. My toddler can’t peel them off easily, which is another positive. (These are not your average vinyl decal.)
My son loves the new decorations in his space. He’s into trucks and cars and trains right now – I’m kind of considering some sort of train track to go up and around his bed. I think it would be a lot of fun (and transitional since he’s growing and his interests are changing.)
The shirts were ordered in a larger size. I don’t have photos of him wearing these because they arrived as we were getting high temps in the 20s. Not conducive to tank tops.
The packaging is adorable, the care instructions are great, and the shirts just feel nice. I’m excited for him to wear these in the summertime. We’re going to get great wear out of them!
