We’ve been enjoying unseasonably cool temperatures the past few days and it feels like weather I could definitely camp in. With camping comes S’mores and I love a good S’more, anyway I can get one – even if it’s packed in my lunch or enjoyed one weekend afternoon.
Last summer, my son enjoyed his first S’more and LOVED it. He still talks about that one night camping trip, so I know we need to do that again. In the meantime, he’ll have to settle for S’mores desserts I can make at home. Lucky for him, there is a Hershey’s Ready to Eat Pudding in S’mores flavor and I could add a few things to really bring back the feeling of our camping trip. (My husband seemed to enjoy this treat as well.)
What you need:
1 Hershey’s S’mores Ready to Eat Pudding
Pretzel sticks
Graham crackers
Miniature marshmallows
A (fake) fire (like this printable I created!)
I found everything I needed easily and quickly at Walmart (the pudding is in the chilled desserts!)
I simply put the marshmallows on the pretzel stick and dipped them in the S’mores Ready to Eat Pudding. (The top layer of the pudding is marshmallow, and you have to mix it up to get to the chocolate.) The graham crackers aren’t completely necessary – I guess – but they’re really good with the pudding. You could even forego the pretzels and dip the graham crackers.
This can be a portable dessert. Place the graham crackers, pretzel sticks and marshmallows in a small bag, tape the “fire” to the pudding cup and send with lunch. It’s fun AND yummy. A little sweet and salty treat for your child’s (or significant other’s!) lunchtime enjoyment.

What do you think would taste amazing with the Hershey’s Ready to Eat Pudding?
Such a cute idea Jaime! So creative!
So simple! I love it! The pretzel stick is genius! I love me some salty and sweet.
I just love smores and we make them every summer. This summer we had so much that I think we had a smores overload. 🙂
That is an awesome twist on s’mores. I am going to try these over the weekend with the kids.
I love your idea for S’mores! I will have to look for these at Walmart. My boys would love them!
I love pudding and I love S’mores. The two together would be the ultimate dessert for me.
Oh goodness, I know what I am packing in the kids lunches next week! They will eat the heck out of this!
What a cute and creative snack idea! Hershey’s makes such good pudding.
Those puddings already sound good enough on their own but these are even better. What an awesome treat!
Now that’s a fun way to use Hershey’s! Not only are they cute, they look delicious too!
i love this idea! We are going camping in a few months, I will have to keep this fun treat in mind for my kids for our trip!
This is an awesome idea. I always hated if the chocolate didn’t melt enough for me to eat with my s’more 😛
I am a smores addict, once I start I can’t stop. Hershey’s is the only chocolate that melts right.
This happens to be one of my husband’s favorite after dinner desserts! He loves pudding and he recently discovered these Hershey Smore puddings and thinks they are just the best.
That looks yummy! My kids love Sm’mores. They will have loads of fun doing this.
This is a cute idea but I think I’d prefer the original candy inside instead of pudding.
As a Girl Scout Mom, this is a fun idea for something we are doing when we aren’t camping! I love it!! I had no idea Hershey had a new pudding! Yummmm!
Yum. What a fabulous idea. I wouldn’t ever think to do this but I bet it tastes just awesome. I’d love to try it with pudding anytime!
Oh yum, yes please – I would definitely like to tuck into some of these.
This is such a fun and yummy way of making S’mores. They are the perfect campfire snack for generations now.
I love how you included fake fire in your smores. What a great recipe.
Well , I have not had a mores all year. I want one…or two. These look great!
