capturing life
Do you know how hard it is to capture anything when you’re traveling at warp speed? That’s how I’ve felt the past week. I’m finally back in Asheville, but far from the land of the living. (Four hours of sleep does NOTHING for my work day!) Here’s my attempt at the You Capture challenge. Other bloggers have way better work than me, but this at least gives you an idea of what I’ve been up to. (Besides work. That was not photographed.)
Saturday night was the dinner theater/bachelorette gathering. This is our group shot:
Sunday was a flying day. I did a lot of this (five flights over six days.) My view:
Sunday I also got to see my BFF Missy and my God daughters. We pulled over to take photos:
I ran outside the hotel a lot in Florida. (See the boardwalk in the background? That’s where I ran. It was 0.8 miles and I just ran in circles. It was cool the first couple of times, then boring.)
I can’t leave a photo post without Chloe. This was from last Friday. She loves this window and I loved the way the sun was coming in. The sweet cat was so happy when I entered the house this morning.
Next week’s topic is sunrise/sunset, which is exciting for me. I just hope our weather cooperates!
great shots…she was waiting for you-how sweet!
welcome back!
you are one busy gal
That last shot reminds me of the cat that lives in my house. Love it.
I’m excited about the sunrise/sunset too! I’m new at You Capture…but it sounds like it should be fun! Love the photo of the clouds…very pretty! š
5 flights over 6 days? Wow! I’m impressed you found time to take any photos at all! They are all great and the cat photo is just too cute!
Love your pictures. Your Godaughters have really gotten big & so cute…Hope you’ll be able to catch up on some rest this weekend. Aunt Linda
