Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls with VeganSmart

I’ve been on a protein kick lately! I’m definitely trying to eat more protein since it helps me stay fuller longer, and I’m getting creative with how I’m upping it. My latest attempt was with these protein balls made with VeganSmart Protein Powder!
I actually found the recipe on VeganSmart’s website, and decided to modify it a bit. You really only need three ingredients. (The sprinkles are totally optional – though they do make the protein balls just a little more fun.) They’re simple to pull together and they taste REALLY good. I promise.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups VeganSmart Chocolate All-In-One Nutritional Shake
1 cup all natural peanut butter
1/3 cup agave
Sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
Mix the peanut butter and agave in a bowl. Add the VeganSmart chocolate shake powder to the liquid mixture. Make balls of the mix around 1.5 inches. Place on a plate and refrigerate. If you want to add sprinkles, just roll the balls in a bowl of sprinkles before refrigerating. I refrigerated overnight and then placed them in a large bag.
This recipe made about 18 for me, and I usually had 2 for a “serving.” And that bag lasted less than a week in our house.
