Christmas at Biltmore giveaway! #ChristmasAtBiltmore @BiltmoreEstate
On Friday, I brought you a look at the Biltmore tree raising…and today, in joint efforts with Susanna over at Zealous Mom, you have a chance to attend Christmas at Biltmore…for free!
Better yet, we’re giving away two sets of tickets.
Christmas at Biltmore began Friday and continues through January 3, 2015. The house is decorated for the holidays and boasts 60 Christmas trees throughout the 250-room home! When visiting the Estate, I’d allow for the majority of a day to take in as much as possible. The tour of the home can take a couple of hours. (It really depends on how long you linger in each room….and you aren’t seeing every single room.)
If touring a historical home is not your thing, there is a wide array of activities you can do on the Biltmore Estate:
- explore the grounds
- hike or bike
- take a segway tour!
- visit Antler Hill Village and do a bit of shopping
- eat lunch or dinner at one of their many restaurants
- tour the winery
- do a wine tasting
- visit a farm
- and even let the kids play on the playground!
We have annual passes and visit several times a year. My son loves the playground and the farm animals. I’ve run several races on the Estate grounds, and we’ve eaten lunch there a few times. (Random fact…my Junior prom was held at Deerpark, a restaurant on Biltmore property.)
Now, the fun part. Enter to win a set of tickets to Biltmore! (Keep reading, if you’re not able to visit Asheville. We’re not leaving you out!)
P.S. If you aren’t able to visit Biltmore because of distance, don’t let that deter you from entering the giveaway. We’re also giving away a Biltmore ornament and gift card. Just let us know in the Blog Comment entry in Rafflecopter if you can or cannot visit Biltmore in the next 6 months.
This is on my bucket list. I love Asheville and Biltmore so MUST make it there some Christmas.
I’d love to do the segway tour, but we’d probably have my daughter with us, so visit the farm, the playground and eat a yummy meal. 🙂
My kids would love the farm!! It sounds like a great place for families!
I would love to visit the winery. Last time we went, we got a surprise that we were expecting baby #3 so hubby had to man up and drink my wine (he was not complaining). 🙂 but I love their wine and would love to visit again.
Great giveaway!!!! yay!!!! I would love to take my Brother and his girlfriend to visit (I have a pass 🙂 None of us have ever seen the Christmas decorations.
Thank you for allowing me to enter. In the past year I’ve lost my husband, an uncle, my Dad on April 26th and his sister on September 28th. I’ve been taking care of mom who had hip replacement in March. My husband & I used to go to Biltmore twice a year for years but was always unable to go during Christmas. I’ve seen the Beautiful Festival of Flowers and would love to enjoy the beauty of Christmas at Biltmore. Thank you & God Bless!
I’ve never been to Biltmore at Christmas. I’d love to see it!
We went for a family trip to the Biltmore about 3 years ago. It’s hard to believe it’s been that long. It’s a beautiful place and we had a great time touring the house and the winery, and doing a raft ride down the river. Our nephew works there so we also got treated to a nice dinner at one of the restaurants.
I’ve only been once and it was a trip with just my husband before we had kids. Now, I’d love to take the kids to experience it which would also definitely mean a trip to the playground and probably a farm. 🙂 Thanks for a chance to win tickets!
we cant wait to go!! we are only a few hours away!
if only I was closer *sigh*
Love to see Biltmore house at night decorated for Christmas
I was there earlier this year and it was magnificent. I’d love to see it over the holidays!

I would love to visit Christmas in Biltmore. NC is a bit of a drive for us up here in MI and flying wouldn’t be very economical. Maybe in the future when we have a bit more time to plan.
I got an invitation to the tree raising, too, but couldn’t make it. 🙁 It’s been years since I’ve been to Biltmore and would love to take our son. This is a great giveaway! Thanks for the chance!
What a fun giveaway! Wish I lived closer, it looks amazing!
I don’t foresee us visiting (we live in Michigan) though I would love to (visit). I have put entries in though, for the ornament.

This looks like a great place to visit. We would love to visit Christmas at Biltmore but it is too far away for us.
We absolutely love Biltmore and try to visit every couple of years or so. I really love it best at Christmas because all of those trees. We love counting the trees!
This is a beautiful estate to visit. I’m sure that it looks even more beautiful as the leaves change colors and the snow falls during the winter.
My friend was literally just telling me about the Biltmore! It seems like it would be so magically to go, I definitely entered the contest ::crosses fingers::
Sounds like it was a great experience. Good luck to those entering because i would love to visit.
This place looks beautiful! I wish I lived closer.
Gosh so wonderful – I wish I have such experience with this
I want to do afternoon tea this time.
Pick me! Pick me!
I’ve lived here more than five years and STILL haven’t visited the Biltmore. I’d love to see it at Christmas, do a little hiking (as long as there’s not too much snow) and a little wining.
I would love to go to the Biltmore, but unfortunately we live too far away. I love just going on the tour of the house and grounds.
This is such a great giveaway, looks like a fun place to see. I know this is too far for me, but would make a good road trip some day. Thanks for sharing!
I would love to visit Biltmore with my husband and kids. Christmas would be the perfect time to visit.
