Spring is mere weeks away, but the weather in my area has already felt like spring for a while (and I call this “fake spring.”) With the change in seasons comes the change in treats. I’m using Nestlé® Coffee-mate® The Cheesecake Factory At Home coffee creamer to make iced coffee and milkshakes this spring!

I’m a big fan of iced coffee drinks, but I don’t normally make them at home. I think after trying it this week this is going to get me through every spring weekend (and well into summer!) It is super simple – and I highly recommend this if you like caramel and a hint of coffee.

First things first – I purchased two bottles of the Nestlé® Coffee-mate® The Cheesecake Factory At Home Strawberry Cheesecake and Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake coffee creamers at Walmart. They can both be found easily in the dairy (refrigerated) section of the store.

If you can believe it, I am actually not into regular coffee. (This shocks me too.) My husband joked about me using his coffee maker, but I think I’ll be sneaking some of his coffee more often if I can turn it into this deliciousness. He loves using his coffee grinder and told me that these coffee grinders are worth a look if I ever wanted to buy one for myself! He uses his coffee machine all the time!!

This iced caramel coffee drink is easy to make and refreshing to drink. Make one for yourself or share with a friend. I think it would be fun to make a larger batch of this for a stay at home date with friends! You can even keep this creation in the fridge or freezer too and Neptune Coffee recommend doing this!

Ingredients:

1 cup of coffee
1 cup of Dulce de Leche Nestlé® Coffee-mate® The Cheesecake Factory At Home coffee creamer
1.5 cups of ice
small scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
Caramel for the top

Blend the coffee, coffee creamer and ice together. If the drink is not thick enough for you, add a small amount of vanilla ice cream and blend. Drizzle caramel on the top (it will mix well into your drink and the more caramel, the better in my opinion.) Actually, I would insist on adding more caramel because everything is better with caramel.

I wasn’t sure what I would think about the Strawberry Cheesecake coffee creamer by Nestlé® Coffee-mate®. It definitely leans more towards the strawberry side of things versus the cheesecake – and I love that. It’s so great for the upcoming strawberry season, and this recipe actually uses frozen strawberries.

If you are not a lover of all things coffee, then this Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is for you! Similar to the Caramel Iced Coffee in preparation, this is so easy and oh-so-yummy.

Ingredients:

1 cup of Strawberry Cheesecake Nestlé® Coffee-mate® The Cheesecake Factory At Home creamer
2.5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 cup of frozen strawberries
whipped cream (optional)

Place the ice cream, creamer and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream if you desire.

I actually can’t wait to sit on my back porch and really enjoy one of these frozen treats.
