crossing the line

This week’s You Capture was all about lines. I had to stretch for this one.
First, this photo of Chloe. She only sleeps in her cat bed (she has two) when it’s directly in the sunlight. I saw this one afternoon and shot the photo because I liked how the light was streaming in – and the lines it created on the floor!
One morning I looked outside as I was getting ready for work and saw the sun rising through the trees in our front yard. I like the pink “lines” that look like they were painted behind the lines of limbs.
