Anyone who knows me (well) knows that I fail miserably when it comes to driving directions. There was the time I was driving back from Raleigh, and I ended up outside of Jacksonville, NC. Another time I was driving back from Charlotte and ended up in Greensboro (I had a good excuse that time. I had just met Kid Rock and was talking on the phone, and was distracted.)
Still. I really suck when it comes to directions. Atlanta kills me every time, and I get confused in Greenville and Spartanburg, when I have to get on I-85 to eventually find I-26.
And don’t get me started with east and west. I have to think (often) that I live in Western NC.
So are you surprised that I got lost in Spartanburg tonight?
Then why doesn’t my husband think I need a GPS system for my car? Thankfully I had VZNavigator to lean on, but that’s difficult to use when you’re lost and driving in the dark.
I’m thinking after Christmas that I might buy this for myself. What do you think?

go for it! you should try driving here for a few years then go back like I did! All directions are given by north, south, east, west. every time I come back to that area of the country, I get lost because I can’t figure out which way is north lol.
