dog beds….slight revision

After talking to my mom yesterday about the dog beds, we discovered she had a ton of leftover material I could use. That saved me at least $35. This is the fabric:
(The tan fabric is for the bottom of the bed.)
Unfortunately, the width was all wrong on the patterned fabric, so I couldn’t make the original bed. On the upside, I’ll be learning to sew in a zipper with the help of my fabulous friend (and craft extraordinaire) Nancy.
I’m sewing two rectangles again. The only difference is the zipper. There will be pictures when they’re completed….
