Grilled Lemon-Lime Basil Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lb boneless chicken breast fillets
  • ½ (1-oz) package fresh basil, separated into leaves
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (juice of 3 lemons)
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine chicken, basil, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate no more than 4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken over medium-high 4 to 5
  4. minutes per side or until done.
