I’m having one of those weeks. I started out behind and I can’t quite catch up.
Tonight, we’re heading out around 9 to see my husband’s movie. We’ll be home around 11, but at least the outing will be fun.
Tomorrow I’ll get up early and hopefully work out before work. I mentor tomorrow (did you know that I mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sister’s every week, and I’ve done it for 3 years?) This is our last week before summer. It’ll free up my Fridays again.
I leave work at 4:00 tomorrow, so I can participate in a 5k at 4:30. The company paid for our shirts. They’re white….and you can see through them. The race is not exactly an easy one, but I’ll get it over with and be home by 5:30.
Then at 5:30, I’m hoping to meet up with an olllldddd friend from my high school days. I haven’t seen this friend in about 9 or so years.
Then we can begin our weekend. I have yard work planned, a long run on Saturday, a party to attend Saturday night.
Oh yeah, and I have to finish my work this week!!
It’s too bad weekends aren’t three days long. I could really use long weekends every week.
Ohhh…I have to be nosey..who is it?
I could totally go for a three day weekend!
Sounds busy! And wouldn’t 3 day weekends be great?
Stephanie, It’s Robbie who I met at the basketball tournament our senior year (he lived in Kentucky.) We kept in touch for several years and then he found me on Facebook several months ago.
And I could use many 3-day weekends. I wish that a 3-day weekend was the norm!!
