fall = new decorations

I finally took my patriotic decorations down on Sunday. Kind of sad, but if you knew me when I lived in our apartment, you’d know that I either didn’t put certain ceramic pieces out or I left them out all year round.

(I also have a snowman still sitting out in the guest room. It has “let it snow” on the front of it, and I just really love the snowman, so I left it. The husband obviously hasn’t seen it, otherwise he would have complained.)

This time last year we were in our apartment, and I wasn’t really into decorating. This year? I’m all into it, especially since I have space – and proper space to store everything! These are in our guest room, and I painted them years ago…some of them (the scarecrows) were painted 9 years ago!
