Feeling a little like Christmas

It’s finally feeling like the Christmas season for me – I’m not sure if it’s because Christmas is only a week away, or if it’s because I’m getting sick. Seems like I’m always sick over Christmas. (Good ‘ole Christmas Jam usually wears me out so much that I end up with bronchitis.)

I’ve resorted to listening to nothing but Christmas music this week. It’s nice. A local radio station has been playing all Christmas music all the time since Easter or so. (I’m joking. They’ve been playing it since just before Thanksgiving.) And I packed my holiday CDs with the final CD box, so I could find them easily. Not that I have that many holiday CDs, but…..I have them.

I hung our Christmas stockings last night and most of our gifts are wrapped. I have one more order with Amazon, but it’s nothing huge. The holiday shopping season is winding down for me, and I’m so glad that I chose the online route this year!

The ceramics ladies are coming tomorrow night for dinner. I’m very excited about it. Our holiday dinners are always wonderful. I’m nervous, too, because it is happening at our house, but it should still be fun.

I think we’re finally getting settled in the house, and not a moment too late! I’m excited to be *almost* relaxed in our home 🙂
