I slept really late today. I couldn’t even get out of bed until after 10. That’s how much rest I needed (I also went to bed before 11 last night.)
Since our day got started so late, I wasn’t able to accomplish as much. We did rake leaves for more than 2 hours. Actually, the husband raked for more than two hours. My first hour was spent driving to K-Mart and then Lowe’s to buy a second rake. (Come on, K-Mart. Don’t discontinue your garden center JUST because it’s the holiday season and you need a place to store hundreds of bikes!!)
So, raking and a trip to the Wedge (a local brewery.) Dinner was made by the husband and I’ve since folded two loads of laundry.
This is definitely different from how I spent last Sunday.
