Finding nutritional balance with Organic India @OrganicIndiaUSA #MomsMeet

I’m on a quest to eat healthier and cleaner. I’m always on this quest, but when I start out it can be difficult because I’m not a fan of several healthy, nutrition-packed foods. (Think: eggs, various meat, tofu, just to name a few.) I wish I enjoyed eggs. Oh how I wish I enjoyed them.

I’m grateful that there are products like these made by Organic India. Good for you in so many ways, and they’ll help me get nutrients that I may otherwise be missing.

Take this Moringa Leaf powder. Moringa leaves alone contain over 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants and abundant minerals. They can help you meet the recommended goal of 6-10 vegetable servings in a day. The powder is great to add into foods or smoothies (oh so great in smoothies, of which mine already have several fruits!)

The Moringa also comes in a tablet form. Great for on the go or if you don’t want to add the powder to food. Organic India also offers other varieties of pills to help with moods and ailments. Daily use of Moringa as a dietary supplement can help restore nutritional imbalances.

I also received two boxes of teas to try. The Green Tea is said to be Stress-Relieving & Empowering. The Cinnamon Rose tea claims to be Stress-Relieving & Healthing. (Apparently I need a lot of stress relief.)
