Friday randoms

I have several blog posts saved in draft form. But I don’t want to inundate people with posts. I should finish up the posts and start hitting publish (one or two at a time.)

One of my posts is a review (of sorts) of this past weekend’s half marathon. I’m feeling really great now, and I would love to run shorter distances this weekend. We’ll see how our plans work out.

Not much interest in my giveaway from last week (only 3 entries!) so I’m not going to do an entire post on that. I did use random.org to select a winner….Mendie, I’ll be in touch! 🙂

Baseball season has officially started, and the baby is ready!

I updated my photo blog with two weeks worth of photos (two posts, so you don’t have to look at 14 different posts.) The most recent one includes lots of flowers. I love this time of year. And I encourage you to check out the pictures!

We visited the Biltmore House this week. I’m so glad we got our annual passes. There are plans to go back in the next couple of weeks since their Festival of Flowers began today. 

I have a cold, round 2, that I thought was allergy-related. I started losing my voice yesterday. It’s lovely, really.

And our weather has been nuts. We’ve been in the 70s (and 80s!) for a while, and most of this week. Today, we’ll be lucky if it’s 60.
