from the top of my head

This is, you guessed it, another random post. List form. Because I like things in list form.

I ordered several panels to make soft books today. I’m not even sure why I was on fabric.com, but before I knew it, I had 6 panels in my shopping cart. I removed one and ordered five. I hope Lucas likes them.

I owe you (me) a 6-month post on our growing little guy. Maybe tomorrow.

That little guy has slept through the night, three nights in a row. I don’t just feel like a new person. I am a new person!

The Southern Conference basketball tournament is taking place in our little city this weekend. Right next door to the parking garage I park in every day. Parking is horrendous right now.

I’m supposed to run 8 miles this weekend. We’re currently getting boatloads of rain. I’m hoping it lets up stops so I can run tomorrow. Otherwise, I’ll be running Sunday afternoon and I don’t want to do that.

We’re going to see Stephen Kellogg next Friday night. I received tickets from my fabulous husband for Christmas. *cue excitement*

I’ve been on Pinterest for a while now, but really using it more lately. Today I started a board for Dr. Seuss stuff. (Specifically, Cat in the Hat items.) I don’t know where I’m going with this, but I can’t stop thinking about Cat in the Hat.

Gavin DeGraw is going to be on the next season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’. I interviewed him once. I love him. I love ‘DWTS’. Therefore, this season is going to be super fun for me!

We don’t have any other big plans for the weekend, and for that, I’m very excited.
