I received a complimentary trial to Gigabody.com through Sweat Pink for my honest opinion. No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.

I started my trial of Gigabody in early November, when I was on the tail-end of bronchitis. I was desperate for exercise, but I had only worked my way up to 20 minutes of exercise a day. I didn’t know much about Gigabody, but I wanted to at least give it a shot (and soon.) The registration process was super easy and they offer a two-week free trial. (After that, access to their videos is $8.99 a month.)

Within minutes, I had found a workout series I wanted to try – and it included a schedule for the entire four weeks! You can select workouts based on level of fitness or minutes you want to work out. When I admitted to myself that I wasn’t quite up for 73 minutes of cardio yet, I started looking around for 10 minute abs workouts.

The coolest part (to me) about Gigabody is the various searches you can do and the selection of workouts. You can search by:

Intensity
Workout type
Minutes of workout

They even have collections of workouts that are worth looking through. And if you find an instructor you like, you can find all of the workouts offered by that instructor.

I currently do the abs workouts in addition to my other exercising. For instance, I ran 3 miles this past Saturday. I didn’t need a video for that. But when I came home, I did a quick search for abs workouts and added that to my daily exercise.

I honestly don’t know if I’d rely on this for ALL of my fitness needs. Sometimes I need to switch things up, but I also need to push myself in various areas. (Like running.) The site is well-organized and has so much to offer. I’m definitely considering keeping my subscription after the trial ends. I love that I can do these workouts anywhere – in my home or when I’m on the road and in a hotel room.

Now for the fun part – a giveaway! One fabulous reader (it could be you) will win a one-month subscription to Gigabody. (You do have to enter a credit card at the signup, but if you don’t want to continue it after the two months, you just cancel it.)

Just enter through the Rafflecopter below! A winner will be selected in one week, and will have 24 hours to get back to me once I email that person. Good luck!

  1. I have a very hard time working out. I need a group setting, like in the classes I take, to keep me going. Otherswise I get distracted way too easily!

  2. I don’t like working out in public, but I get bored with my standard at home workouts. This looks like it would really help me get back on track with exercise.

  3. I use to take advantage of videos all the time to help me with exercise. I really need to revisit them and see what is out there. This looks like a pretty interesting option.

  4. I have never heard of this subscription service. It sounds interesting. Plus I love the name it’s very catchy. I think I could probably use something like this myself thanks for the giveaway.

  5. I love workout videos because I live in a rural area and the gyms are a bit of a drive. I hate getting out in the winter. At home I can just get up, do my video and start my day. I was doing the Daily Burn beginner series but they raised the price. $8.99 is a steal so I am going to have to look in to this for sure.
