Halloween kitty!!
The husband is out of town, so I finally made my way to the pet store, in search of a witch hat for Chloe.
And I found one – for 75% off!!
She was not amused, as seen in these photos (and these pictures are totally worth the $1.80 I spent on the hat.)
And there’s one more costume that I need to try to get on her for a photo opp. She’s definitely not happy about it (but she’s not mad at me now either!)
Update: Here’s Chloe’s pumpkin costume. Still not a fan of anything around her face or neck. (Notice she doesn’t wear a collar – never has. She also hates the harness I put her on to take her outside.) 
On another note, Kelly’s hosting another “show us how you live” featuring Halloween costumes. Since I don’t dress up, but I officially dress up my cat, I’m going to take part in this fun. š You can also head over here to check out other Halloween costumes!

Oh that kitty looks just like my Emma Shelby! THe kitty I got in 9th grade. She passed away. Bring back memories though. š
When I was in the pet store tonight, they had some of their cats ready for tomorrow’s pet adoption day (Brother Wolf – the same group we got Chloe from – does pet adoptions at the store every Wed. and Sat.) There were two tortoise shell cats – born in July of this year – and I so wanted to take them home with me. I feel like we could use 3 tortoise shells talking up a storm in our house! š
