Happy birthday, Lego company!

Today marks the 80th birthday of the Lego company (I don’t know where I saw it, but I googled it later this evening and found out that it’s true.) So in honor of Lego’s birthday, I have to share our pictures of the Lego section at FAO Schwarz.
We stumbled upon the section on Sunday and I was a little stunned. Batman was taller than my husband. (And the Statue of Liberty was taller than me.) Who has the time to build these?
Honestly, I’d like to see a time-lapse video of people building the characters. I think it’s be pretty fun.
I kind of can’t wait until the baby is old enough to play with Legos. Fun times to be had!
