Three Ingredient Hazelnut Milkshake Recipe
I received jars of Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread as part of a Mom’s Meet program to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.
I’ve been solo parenting for a few days (my husband comes home from a conference very soon, but the struggle has been real.) While in the grocery store, I allowed my son to pick out frozen treats for himself, but I failed to pick something out for myself. And mommy needed a break on Saturday night. So when my daughter went to bed, I knew I realized I could make a quick milkshake using Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread. I’d never had a hazelnut spread before, but I figured it was worth a shot.
It was SO worth taking a chance that I didn’t want to drink it in front of my son because I really didn’t want to share. And it only required three things – all of which I had in my kitchen!
Ingredients:
About 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt (I used frozen yogurt)
1/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp. of Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread
Put your milk, then ice cream and then hazelnut spread into a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread if you desire (and you’ll probably desire that. I’m just going to go ahead and clue you in.) 🙂

Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread is non-GMO, gluten free and fair trade certified. Once Again Nut Butter has been around since 1976 and is an employee-owned business located in upstate New York. Their logo was inspired by four baby raccoons found on their factory grounds. The raccoons were raised on organic nut butters before being released back into the wild, and I think that’s about the cutest thing I’ve heard involving a raccoon. (Side note: I’ve had a raccoon in my recycling and hanging on my back deck. I thought he was super cute, but I didn’t dare try to befriend him or raise him on anything organic – except for whatever might have been in the recycling bin!)
Their Hazelnut Spread is delicious. It’s creamy, without being too thick. It has cocoa in it, which just enhances the flavor, and it’s good enough to eat off of a spoon. Not that I did that, or anything. I’ll probably share the love soon and use it on sandwiches for my kids.
