home again, home again.

We left Atlantic Beach around 7:30 this morning, and pulled into our driveway at 4:45 p.m. It was a long drive, broken up by some fun (and a couple of not worth the stop) stops.

Did you know my husband is in grad school? He is. He’s taking online courses through East Carolina University, and today was the first time we stepped foot on the campus. (We actually didn’t see much of the campus, but did stop long enough to find a sweatshirt and ECU hat for the husband. He’s an “official” student, I guess!)

I took a good number of photos of our whirlwind vacation. It was cloudy most of the time, but the beach was almost deserted. It was fantastic.

Now we’re home to a cat who can’t get enough of us, a mountain of laundry to wash and work to look forward to tomorrow (for me, at least.) Oh, and tomorrow continues our daycare search.
