I see sewing projects in my future

I think I just might have time to work on a few sewing projects this weekend. I have several remnants that I want to use up for baby projects (there’s been a baby boom around me. Time to focus my energy on the babies – and clear up space in my craft boxes.)

I’ve had the Amy Butler Gumdrop Pillow pattern cut out since last June or July (foreverrrr ago.) I’m hoping to sew it together tomorrow, and that’ll even help with the extra huge bag of pillow stuffing I have in the garage.

And then I can move onto diaper bags. That’s right. Bags. Because not only am I making one that I already have a pattern for (and maybe fabric for) but I’m ordering some new fabric for another bag – just so I have options.

It’s all about sewing around here (in between some volunteer work and a movie that I’m going to see with my mom.) Hope your weekend is as fun-filled as mine will (hopefully) be!
