instaFriday – a mixed bag

It’s been such a weird week. Full of fun. Full of stress. I’m trying to focus on the fun, so I’m linking up with InstaFriday very late today.
We spent last Saturday at the Louisville Slugger museum and there was a Lego exhibit showcasing several displays of stadiums created with Legos. They had a small section for kids to build with the blocks and our guy had a good time there.
That night my brother made popcorn. (Not the microwave kind.)
My mom stayed in Kentucky one extra day. While I checked on her house and dog, I also picked her blueberries.
I finally finished painting this guy:
He was saying “yummy!” He’s loving his kitchen set lately.
Laid off. Several of us met up at Jack of the Wood.
Yes, it was a rough day. However, Mendie is in town and came by for dinner and playtime! Her daughter and my son had a great time playing.
Day one of unemployment. Chloe was showing me how it’s done.
Some nights, this kid treats bath time like his own little spa.
my dad is the king of popcorn on the stove – so yummy!!
