it’s cool.
This week, my job is kind of cool. I just wish some people at my office wouldn’t be so quick to try and cut the fun stuff. Yes, I know what I’m responsible for while I’m there (I babysit the website) but please don’t take my music podcasts away from me…
With that said, I have several fun/cool interviews lined up. Stephen Kellogg (um, only second to Matt Nathanson in the coolness category – I’ve actually seen them on stage together. Those were the days…), Erick Baker (opened for James Blunt in Asheville last month) and on Friday, Kate Nash. In two weeks, I get to talk to Ingrid Michaelson. I’m most nervous about the girls. Ingrid is one of my idols. She rocks.
We spent most of last week in Lake Waccamaw. Lots of stories out of that little town…but for now I need to go finish making dinner.
