I received a set of Kidecals to try out and review. All opinions are my own and no other compensation was received.
Kidecals recently reached out to me about their decals. My son has a lot of random objects that go to daycare and church, so we go through a lot of labels on his items. I decided to give them a try, to see how they’d hold up on his cups (the main objects that can be lost and misplaced.)
The ordering process was simple. I was able to edit my son’s name onto the label and see right on the screen how everything would align. I chose to just use his name above the firetruck (it was a toss up between the firetruck and a car.) The label allows for a second line of text.
These labels are great if you have a child with an allergy. They have a lot of different options as far as designs and various packages based on how many labels you want.
I used one label immediately on one of my son’s cups. It was tough enough to withstand him picking at it. (It looks like a sticker to him and he wanted to peel it off.) It also held up after a run through the dishwasher.
Overall, I really liked Kidecals. I wish they’d had a few more designs – especially for toddler boys. He likes firetrucks, so it was a cool option for now. They do have a ton of options by gender on their site. My son just isn’t into a lot of the sports quite yet.
Want to try the labels yourself? You can save 15% on Kidecals with the code ilovelabels. (This code is good through October 3, 2014, so hurry now!) Kidecals offers free shipping on all orders – another incentive to try them out!
Again, I received two sheets of the decals for free. Opinions are my own!
Do you label everything you send away with your child? (Or did you if your children are older?)
