Want to help me, while helping a good cause? Support me in the Light the Night walk. On September 29, I will be taking part in the Light the Night event, supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. So far, I’ve raised around $200. My initial goal was $250, but I’m resetting my goal to $300 – that shouldn’t be difficult to do.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably my friend. If I have 10 friends donate $5, I’ll have the extra $50 I need to make my new goal for a great cause.

Your donations will go towards finding a cure for cancers, and raising awareness.

Did you know that every five minutes, someone in this country is diagnosed with a blood cancer and every nine minutes, someone dies? And, leukemia is the leading cause of disease-related death in children under the age of 15.

Light the Night benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. LLS uses the money to raise awareness and to find a cure for the diseases. They also use the money to support patients and their families.
