List-ful Monday
It’s Monday. It’s been a long day. You get a list.
–After two months of trying to contact the school, I was finally informed that the girl I have mentored for the past 4 years has moved. To South Carolina. I don’t think this is a good thing, but what can I do? Big Brothers, Big Sisters is now working on
“ending my match” and will pair me with another student. But, sad. I really, really liked working with my “Little.”
–Long, long day at work. I went in before 9, I took a lunch and dinner break and got home at almost 8. I almost cried out of frustration because I’m having SUCH a hard time learning a new program (the code that runs our website – some big stuff is changing.)
–I interviewed Ingrid Michaelson today. It went so great. Really. It made up for the last time that I didn’t think she was so nice. (And now is the time I need to tell you that you can buy her album in digital format on Amazon for only $5. It’s only for October.)
–Our cat is tearing up the carpet in our downstairs room. She wants to get into the garage. There are pictures. Pictures of the damage, and pictures of her looking at what she did. She’s lucky she’s cute.
–I ordered my new running shoes last night. I’m so. excited. about getting them soon š
That’s all I can come up with right now. Work will do that to a girl.
