list of things

You know how I love lists. This weekend kind of deserves a list. I ran 5 and a half miles yesterday with my friend Suzanne. It was fun!! We ran through West Asheville and talked and it was a really great run. I wore my hatphones and the hat was AWESOME. I can’t believe how warm I was when I finished. It’s going to be great when we get really cold weather.

The dogs came for a visit yesterday. I shot some pretty funny video of Oliver. He went nuts.

Last night we ate out with friends (at el Chapala) and made an impromptu trip to the printing press – where they were printing the final Asheville Citizen-Times. Production moves to Greenville, SC as of tonight. Very, very sad to see that, and to see how many people are affected by this change. I shot some video and there are photos. I’m not editing the video until tomorrow, though.

It was 65 degrees today. I didn’t even have to wear a jacket.

I made a list of about 10 things to do today and I have two things left to do. That’s what I call an accomplishment!

My friend is moving closer to Asheville, and that excites me to no end!

We unpacked several boxes today. The house is totally coming together. We even spent an hour reading earlier today, which means our living room is calm enough to read and not be distracted. 🙂
