Love, Jaime

What I’m listening to {November 2017}

I spend quite a bit of time in an office or in the car. In my office, I tend to need some sort of noise so I can concentrate (yes, I’m aware of how strange this sounds.) I get stuck on different artists and complete albums, and at one point I had an entire work playlist built in Amazon Music. I’ve gotten a little tired of my playlist and there are a few albums I’ve been loving.

Imagine Dragons – Evolve. My son actually loves Imagine Dragons. I downloaded one song to my phone (Believe) and we listen to that on our way to school. The entire album is pretty awesome, though. I finally bought it this week.

Taylor Swift’s latest album. I’ve been listening to songs here and there, but I haven’t purchased it yet. Honestly? I’m waiting for her to release the digital album on Amazon. Why is she being so difficult? I want to BUY the music, but I am not a huge fan of iTunes. (I don’t use it on my phone – I download what I want/need through Amazon.) Release it, already, Taylor.

The song “Good Old Days” by Kesha and Macklemore. I heard it on the radio a few weeks ago and today I finally purchased it. For some reason I’m becoming SUCH a fan of Kesha in recent months!

Now on my way to and from work, I love a good podcast. I’ve been listening to two for a few months – Young House Love has a Podcast and Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me (the show on NPR.) These podcasts basically get me through my commute two days a week, sometimes 2.5 days. Highly, highly recommend.

What have you been listening to? Have you listened to Taylor Swift’s newer music? What do you think?

    I don’t really listen to Taylor Swift, but I love Imagine Dragons. And I REALLY want to start listening to podcasts, but I need to find something that would keep my interest.
