Another week is here and I have another meal planning/menu Monday ready to share. We’re trying a few new recipes – this is the most we’ve ever tried new recipes. It’s a little strange and kind of fun.
We’re trying several Weight Watchers recipes this week. It looks like the family is back on the WW train. Next week I’m hoping to share a few kid-friendly recipes since our goal is to get the toddler to eat more dinners that we’re eating. (Does anyone else struggle with this? No? Just us? I’m so tired of preparing multiple meals each night.)
Sunday – Beef and broccoli stir fry.
Monday – Pork cacciatore
Tuesday – Grilled chicken and steamed vegetables. I may add pesto to the chicken to change things up.
Wednesday – Black bean/butternut squash vegetarian chili. And ghost-shaped corn bread. My husband is ridiculously excited over this meal.
Thursday – Leftovers/something fast. We’re taking the toddler to the fall festival at the church and we’re going to be on the go until he’s in bed that evening.
Friday – Hot dogs and french fries. (We are STILL NOT FINISHED with a case of hot dogs that was purchased for my husband’s birthday party this summer!)
Saturday – Open.
