It’s Monday! And we are on top of our menu! We’re trying a few new meals, so I thought I’d share.
Sunday – breakfast for dinner. Pumpkin pancakes. Have you tried these yet? (I wanted pumpkin pancakes for the week, for the baby’s breakfast. We’ll be lucky if we have enough for two more mornings because they were that good.)
Monday – Pot roast. My first attempt at a pot roast, and it was in the crock pot. It took no time at all to prepare, but next time I’ll add potatoes (or sweet potatoes.)
Tuesday – Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. (I have two weeks left in my photography class. This needs to be a quick meal.)
Wednesday – White chicken chili. I had in my mind that this was also in the slow cooker, but I was wrong. It doesn’t look too difficult, though, and should be fairly quick to throw together.
Thursday – Pot roast. Monday’s meal made 8 servings.
Friday – Macaroni and cheese (homemade, not from a box!) I’ll have enough to last me the entire weekend.
