Using the Moji Mini PRO to soothe my aching muscles (plus a giveaway!)

Last fall, I received a Moji Mini (it’s now called the Mini PRO) to try out. It was part of our runner’s gift guide, but we didn’t give one away at that time. I hadn’t had a chance to really use it. (It’s hard to run when you have bronchitis.)

I’ve had time to run. I’ve also had time to be sore. In fact, I’ve been carrying my Moji around in my purse or gym back for months.

I’ve been working out with a personal trainer since late January. I’ve been running since early January and I’m training for a couple of half marathons. My muscles are beat – especially after lifting weights. My Moji Mini PRO is a small massager that helps massage my aching muscles, thus leading to less soreness. Faster recovery.

This little tool isn’t just for runners or other athletes. It’s great for every day use. Sometimes my husband makes me massage his back with it. And it’s SO easy to use! You just slide it on your hand and the metal balls do their job.

The strap that goes across your hand is adjustable, and it is literally the size of my hand – so small, yet so effective!

Need more instructions on how to use it? From their site:

Slide the Mini PRO Massager onto your hand, with the massage spheres on your palm side. Position massage spheres on sore muscles and roll!

Neck & Shoulders: Pinpoint your massage by pushing your fingertips into the top sphere, called the “Target Sphere” and apply pressure while rolling.

For Deepest Massage: For the most intensity, use the heel of your palm against the bottom “Intensity” sphere and apply pressure onto your calves, shins, IT Bands, or PSOAS.

What makes you the most sore? Working out or just daily life? I traveled last week and I felt like I’d run into a wall. Traveling takes everything out of me!

I received a Moji Mini PRO to try out myself. No other compensation has been exchanged and all opinions are my own.

    1. I’ve not tried kettlebell workouts (I need to, though.) The weights that I DO work out with keep me pretty sore – and thus are giving my Moji a workout. 🙂
