My Favorite Shows on Hulu
But why should you sign up for Hulu? We cut cable six years ago, and we get so many more shows and movies than we ever watched when we were cable subscribers. The channels that didn’t come in clearly for us were available on Hulu and every now and then I get a call from our cable company (I still have internet with them) and I always turn them down. Hulu is so much less expensive than the monthly cable charges.
This weekend, if you sign up for a Hulu account, it’s just $1.99 per month for the first year. (I actually signed up under a new email address a couple of years ago to get in on this offer.) This is an amazing offer and I’ve only seen it once a year – for Black Friday weekend.
What shows do I love on Hulu?
This is Us – I am always late to the game when it comes to new TV shows, and I also don’t watch a lot of shows live. I’m still not caught up with the current season, but I love the show.
Grey’s Anatomy – the one show I watch live every week is Grey’s, but sometimes I miss it. Or sometimes I want to re-live the early seasons and Hulu is perfect for that.
Private Practice – who else watched this show when it was airing? I loved the crossover back in the day, and I love re-watching Private Practice.
The Voice – yet another show I don’t watch live, but I LOVE binge watching it!
Full House – Take me back to my childhood! All 192 episodes of Full House are on Hulu. 🙂
Ellen’s Game of Games – Ellen makes me laugh, and I don’t get NBC. So Hulu is a great way for me to catch up on my favorite NBC shows!
And all of my daughter’s favorite shows (Doc McStuffins being one.) My kids have their own kid-friendly channel on Hulu, while my husband and I can keep our favorites separated. If you have a preschooler in the house, Blippi is on Hulu (the early, early episodes!)
