new store to love

We’re checked into our hotel in Chapel Hill (less than two miles from the Dean Smith Center.) First thing we saw – because we turned down the wrong street that happened to be Franklin Street – was a shopping center that included Starbucks, Bruegger’s Bagles and Trader Joe’s! I’ve never been to a Trader Joe’s, but I had heard GREAT things about the store.

We took a walk after dinner and ended up in Trader Joe’s. I LOVE that place! We scored some great snacks (mini peanut butter cups? Yum!!) and I bought another re-usable shopping bag. Love it.

For my New York family….any Trader Joe’s in the Buffalo or Binghamton area? I’ll do an online search later 🙂

So far, the trip is going well. We head over to the hospital around 7 tomorrow morning and the surgery starts at 9:30. There are differing amounts of time as to how long it can take. I’m taking both laptops (yes, I brought two) so I can work and my husband can work/play.
