No baby unhugged: How Huggies is helping with diaper need #NoBabyUnhugged #ad
It’s hard to believe we’ve been in the diaper phase about 4.5 of the past 6.5 years. For both of my kids, I had baby showers and was gifted a LOT of diapers. Babies go through so many of them! I really didn’t need to worry about running out in those early days, and then I kept cases of diapers stocked in our house so we were always covered. For some, getting diaper supplies is not easy and that’s where the Huggies® No Baby Unhugged initiative comes into play.
No Baby Unhugged
Did you know that 1 in 3 families struggle to get the diapers they need for their little ones? Right now through April 29, if you purchase Huggies® diapers at Walgreens (or online), a day’s worth of diaper supplies will be donated to the National Diaper Bank Network as part of the Huggies® No Baby Unhugged program. Walgreens has it covered when it comes to Huggies® products.
When my son was young, we used Huggies® diapers and wipes. I always had our shelves stocked with the current and next size diapers, and cases of wipes. When my daughter was born, we continued the Huggies® tradition in our house. She loves playing with the wipe packages (and I like keeping packs of wipes in places like our car to clean little hands, faces or other messes we might make.)
Also she likes boxes she can stand on. (I’ve discussed this just recently – her love of climbing. I have to make sure boxes are put away, chairs and benches are pushed in, and everything within reach is child-proof.)
At home, I keep a basket on my daughter’s dresser with all of her diaper supplies – regular daytime diapers, her overnight diapers, wipes and cream. I think all parents can relate to needing these items regularly and having a somewhat organized space so you aren’t searching for diapers and wipes.
If you’re looking for a great baby shower or new parent gift, I would definitely recommend a basket filled with diapers, wipes and creams for the baby! I think these items were some of the best items we could have received and every single thing was put to use.
Even when we’re traveling, I keep things handy. I snapped this just before I changed her – she was thrilled with the crinkle of the wipes package.
You have until April 29 to participate in the “No Baby Unhugged” program and make a Huggies purchase at Walgreens or on walgreens.com which triggers a donation of diaper supplies to the National Diaper Bank Network. Together we can help so many families!
