My day started with computer issues – a malfunctioning soundcard in a brand new computer. 6 hours into the day, I asked for my old computer back, so I could do some actual work. Screw Dell…or whoever the maker of the soundcard is.
At home, I receive a letter from Afni – they do collections on behalf of Charter. Not usually a problem except they believe Charter that I owe them money from 1999. I didn’t live in the location they claim I did in 1999 (I was in COLLEGE and lived with my MOM) and they claim I had a PO box in Weaverville. 30 minutes into the conversation, I paid the $60, to avoid having myself turned over and risk having bad credit. To hell with Charter.
I am out walking the dogs and we’re relaxing, trying to fix my mood. A white Escalade starts to drive by and all of the sudden, the pit bull who attacked the dogs a few weeks ago JUMPS OUT OF THE WINDOW of the moving SUV. Screw large-SUV drivers. And, their damn pit bulls. I hope the car is majorly scratched, because my dogs did nothing to deserve being threatened.
Tomorrow has to be better. At least it won’t be Monday.
