I ran 8 miles last Saturday, but it hurt. We ran the Shamrock course, and tacked on two miles to the course (we’ll be running the 10k race this coming Saturday.) It was uphill the first half, and downhill the second half. I found out last Thursday that I have a sinus infection, but add to it a bad cough, and you have a not-so-healthy body trying to run up a mountain.
But, at least I ran. My legs are strong. I’m hoping I’ll be better very, VERY soon. We run 18 miles next weekend.
