I received a case of NoGii bars to try out this past month. That’s a lot of protein bars. I’m a fan of protein bars because they help before and after an intense workout, and they’re great for on the go snacks.

NoGii is a line of certified gluten-free protein bars, protein powders, and paleo bars. Made from high quality
and sustainably sourced premium ingredients, all products have an ideal balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates and do not contain high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, or hydrogenated oils.

I took several boxes to work recently. I have colleagues who have to monitor their sugar or avoid milk or are gluten sensitive, so I was anxious to see how they’d react to these bars.

The first day I took in 4 boxes of the bars to work and they all disappeared before the end of the day.

I had one. Bar. Not a box.

My colleagues wanted to reassure everyone that the bars were VERY good! I took 5 boxes in the next day plus a bag of the mini bars, and everyone was really excited. One person even took some home to his daughter who was headed to dance camp, and she and her friends loved them. Proof that they are good for almost any age. (She’s a teenager. I…am not.)

I loved the Protein D’Lites. They were smaller versions, and the Chocolate Caramel Bliss bar was so yummy without overindulging.

Nuts About Berries was a huge favorite of mine (and a couple of colleagues.) They’re even Paleo diet compliant.
