running for two
I went jogging before dinner tonight. Kenny was at a friend’s house, and I had been thinking about running all day long, so I thought today presented the perfect opportunity to go running. But my friend did warn me that if I ended up in a pedestrian accident I’d need some legal aid at hand. She said www.herrmanandherrman.com/pedestrian-accident-lawyers/ would be a good place to get information from about the process. But I digress.
It was only two miles, and it was more of a jog/walk when I felt pain kind of thing. The round ligament pains are no joke, and I get them when I walk longer distances, so it shouldn’t have been a surprise that I’d get them when jogging.
I fought through the pain (within reason) and completed my two-mile loop. For some reason, I don’t think McLittle is a fan of running.
Any tips for running for two? (By the way, eating for two is way easier than running for two.)
I’m going to attempt it again later this week, as well as this weekend. I may even attempt jogging on Wednesday morning before work. It’s supposed to be cool and I like running in the morning way better than evening.
And if all doesn’t work out with the running for two, at least I know I can keep up my walking routine. And I just have four (or so) more months before I can get back into a real running routine.
